Dress designer Felicity says “The wedding dress was made bespoke for our bride, Rebecca, in ivory silk georgette and lace, trimmed with ribbons. The style at once completely modern yet with hints of vintage gypsy. Extras included an overskirt with dramatic red sash, trimmed in black and red lace and a black velvet bolero for the evening. Our groom, Matt, wore a bespoke suit with a vintage top hat, irregular choice shoes and a pocket watch. Their flower girl also wore a bespoke dress by me with brightly coloured ribbons.
South Farm has an amazing collection of traditional caravans which are not just for background decoration but can actually be booked to stay overnight! A walk in nearby woodland is the perfect way for any couple to capture those special moments after the ceremony and before returning to the party. So we finished the shoot with a few shots around a campfire, as the wedding day went to dusk. Our bride wears a velvet bolero to keep off the chill and we imagine guests and the couple enjoying the evening around flames of romance!”
A massive thank you to all the wonderful independent suppliers who created this gorgeous unique Gypsy styled shoot, and for sharing your talent with The Outside Bride.
