Its Valentine’s day, and I couldnt think of a better day to share this intimate Italian waterside shoot styled by Claudia Carrara and photographed by Daniela Katia Lefosse

Claudia tells us a little bit more about the concept for this shoot…

“Spontaneity, a love for nature and animals and a touch of “cinema” : this is what I imagined for this styled shoot. I love the fact that we have matched geometry ( the arch, the glasses, the napkin, the stationery, the cake …) and nature together. Geometry and Nature are very different but if they respect each other they can live together. The message is that diversities create harmony. I love green, dark red and burgundy. I find them hypnotic. I’m also a big fan of Queen and I wanted to make a tribute to Freddie Mercury&Co. using their song “I was born to love you”. I have also used a part of the text as a table holder:-). I’m obsessed by small details : I really enjoyed preparing the table setting. Most of the objects you see belongs to me and some are antique. I must also say that Daniela, the photographer, has done a great job. She is very talented like all the crew. The couple in this shoot is actually a real one and the dog named Tao belongs to them. They are a modern young fur family! I want also to specify that the fur worn by the “bride” is faux fur.
The location of this shoot is in the north east of Italy, close to the city of Treviso. It’s a beautiful place: we are very proud to live in a place full of different sceneries not so far from prestigious Venice, lovely Verona and unesco heritage Dolomiti mountains.”

Thanks to all of the wonderful wedding professionals who were involved in this shoot.

Happy Valentines day everyone!

Much Love

Emily xx
